Job summary

JAC Recruitment International is seeking an experienced QA professional to lead quality assurance activities for high-precision manufactured components. You will drive inspection planning, CAPA, and PPAP for new and transfer projects while coordinating with suppliers and customers.

The role demands 3–5 years of QA in manufacturing, strong experience with Minitab and QC Core Tools, and the ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (materials, physics, chemistry or equivalent).
• Proficient in Minitab with strong 8D report writing experience.
• Solid knowledge of QC Core Tools, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FAI, CPK, MSA, FMEA and Control Plans.
• Minimum 3–5 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret part drawings, technical documents and engineering specs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA deliverables for new and transfer projects (inspection instructions, first article inspections, CP studies, PPAP).
• Drive nonconforming product control, perform failure analysis, manage customer complaints and CAPA actions.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports; lead internal and customer quality reviews.
• Coordinate RMA, sorting and rework activities with suppliers and customers.
• Develop and deliver Training Needs Analyses and train quality technicians on inspection criteria.
• Support customer audits, NPI qualification audits and engineering change management.
