Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to spearhead the QA function for global manufacturing accounts. You will lead QA activities across new product introductions, drive process improvements, and liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure quality excellence.

You will develop and maintain QA plans, support quoting activities in design phases, and drive corrective actions while ensuring compliance with global policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with global quality systems and product launches is preferred.
• Familiarity with APQP and process optimization methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA plans for global NPIs and ensure timeliness.
• Support quoting activities during initial process design, development, and implementation.
• Evaluate inspection processes and provide input via inspection aids and guidelines.
• Lead global training programs and create specialized training for applicable functions.
• Create document storage, access, and review systems for global customer accounts.
• Review discrepancies and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
