Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a QA professional to provide dedicated QA support and ensure audit readiness during a critical resource gap. The role spans QMS operations, audit management, RMS/gap analysis, product compliance monitoring, CAPA investigations, and cross‑functional coordination.

Requirements include a degree or diploma in Quality Management or related field and at least 2 years of QA experience in manufacturing/engineering environments.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of QA experience in manufacturing/engineering contexts.
• Experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) preferred.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in ISO 9001 compliance.
• Control QA documentation, procedures, and records.
• Support QA policies and standards implementation and monitoring.
• Plan and coordinate internal/external audits (ISO/certification).
• Manage audit findings, NCs and OFIs, ensuring timely closure.
• Assist RMS and gap analysis and align with regional/global QA expectations.
• Monitor product compliance and report compliance risks.
• Support incident investigations and CAPA with root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments and regional QA teams.
• Provide QA status updates and mitigate risks to ensure continuity.

To provide dedicated and immediate Quality Assurance support to ensure continuity of QA operations, compliance, and audit readiness during a critical resource gap period.

Job Description:

1. QA Operations & System Management

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with I SO 9001 requirements.
• Ensure proper control of QA documentation, procedures, and records.
• Support implementation and monitoring of QA policies and standards.

2. Audit Management & Compliance

• Plan and coordinate internal and external audits 2(e.g. ISO / certification audits).
• Manage audit findings, including Non- conformities (NC) & Observations / Opportunities for Improvement (OFI).
• Ensure timely closure and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Maintain audit readiness across operations.

3. RMS & Gap Analysis

• Support the QA Head in RMS related requirements and gap analysis activities.
• Track and follow up on closure of identified gaps.
• Assist to ensure alignment with regional and global QA expectations.

4. Product Compliance Monitoring

• Support in monitoring and managing product compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and internal standards.
• Support in reporting and escalation of compliance risks.

5. Incident Investigation & CAPA

• Support QA related incident investigations
• Conduct roots cause analysis (RCA)
• Conduct corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

• Assist to liaise with internal departments and regional QA teams.
• Provide QA advisory and operational support where required.

7. Reporting & Continuity

• Assist to provide regular QA status updates and reports.
• Highlight risks, gaps and mitigation actions if there is any.
• Assist to ensure continuity of QA function with minimal disruption.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Science, Business Management or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
• Experience in multinational corporations (MNCs), manufacturing, engineering, industrial automation, instrumentation or related industries is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good stakeholder management and communications skills.
• Strong reporting, documentation and organizational skills.
