Job summary

Wawasan Dengkil Sdn Bhd is seeking a procurement professional with 3–5 years in construction or related industry. The role focuses on requisition review, supplier quotations, and ensuring timely deliveries for civil infrastructure projects in Malaysia.

You will compile project documentation (PO, ROM, DO, Invoice) and support costing sheets while ensuring QMS and ABMS compliance per ISO 9001 and ISO 37001. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for daily communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, purchasing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction or a related industry.
• Prior purchasing and procurement experience in civil infrastructure preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for daily communication.

• Review material requisition from site and verify data before proceeding.
• Source and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
• Monitor and follow up on delivery status; prioritise supplier delivery over site collection.

Diploma or Degree in Business, Purchasing, or equivalent.

At least 3-5 years’ experience in construction or relevant industry.

Fluency in spoken Mandarin and English (required for daily communication with internal and external counterparts).

Prior purchasing and procurement experience in civil infrastructure projects will be prioritized.
