Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of accounts payable or finance operations experience across multiple countries.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA and AP modules.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and payments.
• Fluent English; German language capability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing: validate, record, and reconcile vendor invoices in SAP S/4HANA.
• Payment execution: prepare and process vendor payments and travel/expense payments.
• Bank reconciliation: monitor statements and resolve discrepancies with the bank.
• Vendor management: address payment queries and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Compliance and reporting: adhere to policies and tax regulations and provide AP reports.
