Job summary

EMKAY Group, a premier Malaysian property developer, seeks a Senior Sales & Leasing Executive to drive sales and leasing across residential, commercial, and office assets in Selangor. You will identify prospects, conduct viewings, present proposals, and negotiate terms that align with company goals.

You will also manage lease documentation, collaborate with legal and finance teams, and maintain accurate lease records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in commercial leasing, with knowledge of sales and leasing processes.
• Experience in lease negotiations and administration, including drafting and reviewing lease docs.
• Strong market research skills to assess demand, pricing, and competition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Track record in property sales or leasing across residential, commercial, or mixed-use.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to documentation and reporting.
• Comfort using CRM or property management tools to track leads and deals.
• On-site work in Damansara Perdana, Selangor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and leasing activities for EMKAY Group’s property portfolio.
• Identify prospective tenants and buyers, conduct property viewings, and present proposals.
• Negotiate lease and sales terms aligned with company objectives.
• Manage lease documentation and coordinate with legal and finance teams.
• Prepare accurate lease administration records and reports.
• Monitor market trends and provide regular forecasts to support revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
