Job summary

TAGHILL PROJECTS SDN BHD is seeking a credit controller to manage progress billings, follow up collections, and maintain records for a property development portfolio in Selangor. You will liaise with lawyers, bankers and purchasers to ensure timely settlements.

The role requires 1–3 years of credit control experience, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and IFCA software. Fresh graduates may apply for junior positions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of working experience in handling credit control in the Property Development industry.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior position.
• Candidate who possesses Sub-Sale work experience will have added advantages.
• Excellent computing skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong knowledge in IFCA property software.

Responsibilities

• Process progress billings and follow-up collection with End Financiers and purchasers.
• Follow-up on loan documentation with lawyers, bankers and purchasers.
• Handle sub-sales, refinance, public auction and full settlement cases.
• Prepare monthly status report, collection report and other reports as assigned.
• Attend to purchasers' enquiries.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
