Carsome Group in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive for Property Planning & Management. The role covers project planning, facilities maintenance, and cost control across multiple sites.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion and compliance with safety standards. Candidate should have 3–5 years in related roles and be willing to travel between branches as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, facilities management, maintenance operations, renovation or expansion projects.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multi-site projects including branch setup and refurbishment.
• Experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, and contractor performance.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and execute property-related projects including branch setup, relocation, renovation, upgrading, and expansion works.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance across assigned sites, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and costings; ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain documentation: schedules, reports, drawings, work orders, and completion records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to meet project timelines.
