You will drive strategy implementation, lead transformation projects, and develop technical guidelines while managing key internal and external relationships to ensure standards are met.

Qualifications

• Technical underwriting expertise and guidance to underwriters within regional markets.
• Ability to pre-empt emerging risks and inform underwriting strategy.
• Strong knowledge of lines of business and industry best practices.

Responsabilités

• Drive implementation of strategies and risk appetite changes with stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives on operational transformation and development of underwriting guidelines.
• Approve terms and conditions and resolve cross-line issues to enable profitable writing.
