Qualifications

• Experience in UAT testing and sign-off processes.
• Ability to create underwriting guidelines when new product codes are created.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve system issues using established policies and specs.
• Ability to review process flows and perform cross-functional impact analysis for product changes.

Responsibilities

• Perform UAT Testing of products before promoting to live environment and ensure proper sign off.
• Create new UW guideline in the core system when there’s new product code/ plan code created.
• Resolve system problems by referring to policies, procedures, specifications.
• Review system process flow and perform cross functional impact analysis on new product or product enhancement.
• Work on projects of low to moderate complexity.
• Raise system enhancement when necessary.
