IBRACO BERHAD, based in Kuching, Malaysia, is seeking a seasoned Project Planner to develop, monitor and optimize detailed schedules for medium to large-scale construction projects. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure alignment with baselines and timely progress updates.

You will prepare look-ahead and progress reports, perform CPM analysis, manage resources, and support risk mitigation and delay recovery actions across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management/Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of CPM, resource planning and progress measurement.
• Good analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review and maintain detailed project schedules, work programs and planning reports.
• Monitor progress against baselines and identify delays or risks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders for alignment of activities.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, CPM analysis and schedule forecasts.
• Identify schedule deviations, assess impact and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct regular progress review meetings and provide updates on project performance.
• Support project teams in resource planning, sequencing and schedule optimization.
• Prepare and review planning documentation including S-curves and delay analysis reports.
• Ensure schedules are updated and submitted within timelines.
