Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist feasibility analysis with site data, land use and guidelines.
• Assist in preparing feasibility documentation and presentation materials for internal review.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect inputs for planning studies.
• Assist in compiling submission documents and liaise with consultants to ensure completeness.
• Maintain drawing logs, design change trackers, and documentation archives.
