Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or related industry.
• At least 4 years of experience leading projects and cross-functional project teams.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end product development projects from concept through mass production.
• Hands-on project management experience in mixed-signal ASIC development.
• Strong understanding of IC design processes and ASIC development flow.
• Knowledge of semiconductor product development, qualification, manufacturing, and production ramp-up processes.
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• PMP, IPMA, Agile, or other recognized project management certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product development projects with significant technical complexity and business impact.
• Develop, monitor, and execute project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Drive improvements in manufacturing yield, product quality, cost efficiency, and production capacity.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multi-site project teams across engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, and business functions.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders in a global environment and ensure alignment of objectives.
