Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor chip technology.
• 3 years of project management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of wafer technology development.

Responsibilities

• Develop Si, SiC power semiconductor chip technologies.
• Manage projects from inception to execution.
• Coordinate multi-cultural team efforts and communication.
• Create and maintain chip technology specifications.
• Analyze data and drive resolution of cross-functional issues.
