Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager for mixed-use/high-rise residential developments in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee planning, coordination, and delivery across design, procurement, and construction teams to meet milestones and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in property or construction, strong leadership, and ability to liaise with authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Property Development, Real Estate, Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in property development, real estate development, or construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Enhance project coordination and ensure timely execution of development activities across departments and consultants.
• Provide direct administrative, communication and reporting support to top management for better efficiency and decision making.
• Manage and coordinate project timelines, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with government agencies, utility providers, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals, permits, and compliance certifications for industrial development projects.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure cost efficiency and track expenditures.
• Source, evaluate, and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
• Develop detailed project timelines, monitor progress, and coordinate with all teams to ensure timely completion of development phases.
• Conduct frequent site visits to monitor construction activities, resolve issues, ensure standards compliance, and verify progress against plans.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure all work meets industrial property requirements and regulatory standards.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management ensuring clear visibility on project milestones and challenges.
