Job summary

Runnymede Group is expanding and seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead end-to-end project management from conception to handover, across Penang and Kuala Lumpur developments.

You will collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance, QA/QC, and timely delivery, while mentoring the Technical Team and optimizing resources throughout the construction cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction industry and preferably with at least 4 years of project management experience with property developer.
• Articulate and proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, project management tools and software.
• Experience in quality high-rise construction would be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management process from conception to completion including planning, design, construction, handover to purchasers and Defect Liability Period.
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure projects are implemented in accordance with regulations, codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Liaise with government authorities to obtain statutory approvals within targeted dates.
• Work with Contract Department and consultants for tender processes and value engineering.
• Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to Technical Team for efficient project implementation.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery and address on-site challenges with problem-solving.
