Job summary

NPAworldwide in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in engineering and construction administration. You will manage comprehensive project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes, while coordinating activities with the Project Director and subcontractors.

You will ensure on-time, accurate contract submittals, prepare logs for construction meetings, and assemble Owner and Maintenance Manuals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in engineering, project management or related field.
• Proven track record managing engineering projects from planning to completion.
• Experience with monitoring progress, reporting, cost control and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and minutes.
• Direct project activities per Project Director, ensuring policy and standards compliance.
• Maintain change order logs and document controls for drawings.
• Prepare logs and documentation for construction meetings.
• Ensure timely and accurate contract submittals and subcontractor contracts.
• Coordinate Owner and Maintenance Manuals assembly and delivery.
• Liaise with subcontractors to obtain required drawings and documents.
• Represent company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Support field personnel and handle ad-hoc duties from Management.
