Job summary

Ditrolic Energy Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale solar PV developments in the Asia-Pacific region. The role covers NTP to COD, grid interconnection, and delivery within budget and schedule, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams.

Candidates should bring 7–10 years of utility-scale solar or power plant experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record of managing EPCC contracts and regulatory approvals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Solar/Renewable/Electrical/Power Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in utility-scale solar PV or power plant projects.
• Experience with EPCC contracts and grid interconnection.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Able to work under pressure to meet milestones and COD targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Large Scale Solar (LSS) PV projects from NTP to COD.
• Develop and control master schedule, resource plan, and cash flow.
• Coordinate ENG, procurement, construction, grid interconnection teams.
• Manage contracts, risk, changes, and claims.
• Ensure regulatory approvals and environmental requirements.
• Monitor progress, report weekly/monthly to client and stakeholders.
• Implement QA/QC and EHS&S compliance on site.
• Oversee subcontractors, site supervision, and issue resolution.
• Manage documentation, drawings, and handover packages.
• Drive zero-LTI safety targets and incident prevention.
