Job summary

Ditrolic Energy in Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior Site/Project Manager to lead on-site construction activities for solar projects. You will supervise teams, plan and schedule work, ensure safety compliance, and maintain thorough documentation on site.

The role requires 8–10 years in project management within construction, EPCC or solar environments, plus a civil/structural engineering degree and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of senior project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or related field.
• Strong background in construction, EPCC or solar projects.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-site construction works, materials and documents meet requirements.
• Lead the team in planning, scheduling, conduction and coordination.
• Prepare reports and technical documents for solar design/feasibility.
• Evaluate feasibility based on electrical or architectural plans.
• Develop and implement strategies to align with project goals.
