Job summary

Ditrolic Energy in Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior Site/Project Manager to lead on-site construction activities for solar projects. You will supervise teams, plan and schedule work, ensure safety compliance, and maintain thorough documentation on site.

The role requires 8–10 years in project management within construction, EPCC or solar environments, plus a civil/structural engineering degree and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

Job Scope

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure project have requirements documented and agreed to ensure that project activity meet agreed project objectives.
• To ensure project resources have the correct toolsets and processes in place and that all relevant staff are trained and equipped to deliver successfully.
• Prepare reports and technical documents to present solar design/ feasibility finding.
• Evaluate the economic, engineering, or pragmatic feasibility of solar installation projects based on electrical or architectural plans on existing or new construction buildings.
• Develop and implement strategies as per the planned schedule in order to align project direction with the strategy, goals and commitments.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant working experience, with significant exposure to senior-level project management responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong background in construction, EPCC, or solar project environments.
• Strong project and contract management skills, with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven project/programme management, planning, and execution experience.
• Good understanding of performance management frameworks and tools in supporting the delivery of business objectives.
