WK Consortium is seeking a visionary Project Manager to lead major Sabah developments with a developer mindset and construction grit. You will guide from concept to completion, ensuring premium quality, on-time delivery and strict budget control.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, consultants, and contractors, coordinating with marketing to align site milestones with Sabah's fast-moving property cycles.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of heavy-hitting experience within Sabah-based property development or top-tier contractors.
• Proven track record delivering high-rise residential or large-scale commercial icons in Malaysia.
• Deep-rooted, established connections with Sabah authorities, consultants, and suppliers.
• Strong budgeting, fiscal optimization, and value engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of major developments, ensuring premium quality and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Head multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales to align site milestones with Sabah's market cycles.
• Drive submissions and approvals with DBKK, JPP, Land & Survey, SESB and JANS; ensure compliance with enacting rules.
