Job summary

Revillon Metal Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager (Construction) to lead and oversee multiple projects from start to finish. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.

The position is hands‑on and senior, requiring effective leadership, strong project coordination, commercial awareness and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant working experience in construction/project management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior project management or managerial position.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, with the ability to prioritise different project timelines, manpower, materials, budgets and site requirements.
• Experience in metal fabrication, architectural metal works, interior fit‑out or construction site installation will be highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, coordination and organisational skills.
• Excellent written English and professional correspondence skills are essential.

Revillon Metal Sdn Bhd is looking for a highly experienced, organised and results‑driven Senior Project Manager (Construction) to lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from project commencement through to completion and final handover.

Revillon Metal Sdn Bhd is a manufacturer of metal products and contractor specialising in metal installation works for construction and interior projects..

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for coordinating multiple ongoing projects, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, production teams and site installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to the required quality standards.

This is a hands‑on senior management position that requires strong leadership, project coordination, commercial awareness, problem‑solving skills and excellent written communication. The ideal candidate must be able to manage several projects with different timelines and priorities while maintaining proper documentation and professional communication with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction, metal fabrication and installation projects simultaneously, from planning and commencement through to completion and final handover.

Take overall responsibility for project progress, programme, resources, costs, quality and coordination.

Develop, monitor and update project schedules, work programmes and project plans to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate and manage clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, production teams and site installation teams.

Monitor the progress of multiple projects and ensure project milestones and completion dates are achieved.

Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor site progress, workmanship, installation quality and site conditions.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure fabricated metal products and materials are prepared and delivered according to project schedules.

Coordinate with site teams to ensure installation works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Review project drawings, architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, contracts, scope of works and other project documentation.

Monitor project costs, budgets, variations and expenditures and take appropriate action to maintain cost control.

Manage and coordinate variations, additional works, claims and related project documentation.

Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship and satisfactory performance.

Identify potential project risks, delays, site issues and resource constraints and implement effective solutions and corrective actions.

Ensure project works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, safety requirements and applicable statutory requirements.

Conduct regular project/site meetings and provide clear progress updates to management and relevant stakeholders.

Take full ownership of project‑related written correspondence, including official letters, emails, and reports, site instructions, meeting minutes, notices, submissions and other project documentation.

Independently draft and reply to project‑related correspondence in a clear, professional and appropriate manner, with minimal supervision.

Prepare formal written responses relating to project issues, delays, variations, site matters, instructions and other contractual or operational matters when required.

Ensure important project instructions, decisions, agreements and issues are properly documented and communicated to the relevant parties.

Maintain proper and organised records of project correspondence, reports, drawings, instructions and other project documents.

Coordinate project handover, rectification works, final documentation and project close‑out.

Manage competing priorities across multiple projects and ensure urgent matters are addressed promptly.

Lead, guide and motivate project teams to maintain good coordination, communication and overall project performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant working experience in construction/project management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior project management or managerial position.

Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, with the ability to prioritise different project timelines, manpower, materials, budgets and site requirements.

Experience in metal fabrication, architectural metal works, interior fit‑out or construction site installation will be highly advantageous.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, site coordination and contract administration.

Experience in managing clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, variation orders and cost control.

Able to read and understand architectural drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, specifications and contracts.

Strong leadership, negotiation, coordination and organisational skills.

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to handle unexpected site and project issues effectively.

Excellent written English and professional correspondence skills are essential.

Able to independently prepare and reply to formal letters, emails, project reports, meeting minutes, site instructions, notices, submissions and other project documentation with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail in written documentation, including grammar, wording, accuracy and proper recording of project matters.

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, site teams and management.

Must be able to speak Cantonese to liaise effectively with Cantonese‑speaking Director.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management‑related software.

Able to work independently, take ownership of projects and make sound decisions when required.

Highly organised and able to work under pressure while managing multiple projects with different deadlines and priorities.

Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and commitment to project completion.

Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Willing to work overtime when required to meet project deadlines or urgent project requirements.
