Job summary

RSM BUILDERS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take over ongoing project activities and ensure seamless progression.

You will coordinate across building, M&E and civil works, liaise with clients, consultants and authorities, and manage inspections, meetings and site valutations. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong coordination and communication skills, and the ability to work independently on complex high-rise

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building, M&E and civil works.
• Experience liaising with government/statutory authorities, consultants, clients and subcontractors.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Highly organised, responsible with proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all ongoing projects and ensure smooth coordination.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities for approvals and decisions.
• Supervise site management across building, M&E and civil works.
• Organise inspections to obtain consultant and statutory approvals.
• Conduct weekly site meetings with Site Agent, Site Supervisor and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with QS on site valuation and certification.
• Attend monthly consultant meetings and manage defect liability inspections.
