Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project planning and execution on site.

You will lead the project team, manage schedules, budgets, and quality, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure milestones are met. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and substantial site experience; you must demonstrate leadership, resilience under pressure, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• 15–20 years of experience in building construction, with high-rise experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to lead a site project team.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure, long hours and deliver on deadlines.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of end-to-end project sites, planning and controlling activities.
• Lead, plan, direct and coordinate with the project team (internal/external).
• Liaise and negotiate requirements, issues with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify, analyze, evaluate and identify solutions to resolve technical and site issues.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
• Report project progress to top management as needed.

In-charge of the whole end to end project sites, manage and lead in terms of project planning and controlling.

Lead, plan, direct and/or coordinate with the entire project team (internal/external) on activities concerned.

Liaise and negotiate requirements, issues between client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier involved.

Identify, analyze, evaluate and identify solution to resolve all technical and site issues.

Perform risk management to minimize project risk.

To report project progress to top management from time to time

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 15 - 20 years of working experience in building construction. Has high rise building construction experience will be an advantaged.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead site project team.
• Self-motivated personal and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure, long hours and delivered within committed deadlines.
