Job summary

eStoreLabs in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead dedicated markets and deliver complex digital projects on time and within scope.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage content production, localization, assets, and risk, while maintaining quality and forging strong stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong organizational skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in project management and execution with strong organization.
• Experience with content production, localization, and digital assets.
• Client-facing with professional, proactive communication for 2+ years.
• Advanced English level (C1).
• Pharma/medical industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for dedicated markets and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout projects with markets and key stakeholders.
• Communicate updates on scope, execution plan and timelines to clients and internal teams.
• Take care of digital projects assigned and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate and execute tasks and manage assets, files and time management tools.
• Oversee production process and ensure quality and correctness of content.
• Delegate tasks to team assistants and freelancers and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage project risks and propose preventive actions.

Role Description

• Act as a primary point of contact for dedicated markets and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout projects, nurturing positive relationships with markets and key stakeholders
• Engage with countries and other internal stakeholders as required to communicate updates on scope, execution plan and timelines, actively showcase available services and assist in implementing them effectively,
• Taking care of digital projects assigned
• Coordination and execution
• Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets, files and time management tools
• Overseeing the production process and ensuring the timely delivery of project
• Maintaining the quality and correctness of delivered content
• Delegating tasks effectively to team assistants and freelancers
• Identify task-related issues/challenges and propose solutions for improvement
• Creating a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
• Overseeing project risks and propose preventing actions or solutions
• Constant learning and skills improvement

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of experience in management and execution of projects, excellent organization and coordination skills
• Experience in working with content (creation, production localization)
• Experience with digital assets
• Experience in working with clients for at least 2 years - Pro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills, ability to handle/solve difficult situations
• Advanced level of English - at least C1
• Experience in working for pharma/medical industry will be a big plus
