Job summary

eStoreLabs in Malaysia (Penang) seeks a proactive project manager to lead digital projects for international markets. You will act as primary contact for dedicated markets, build strong relationships, communicate scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure timely asset production and quality.

You will coordinate with freelancers and team assistants, manage risks, and continuously improve processes. A minimum of 3 years in project management, content production experience, and fluent English

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management and execution of projects.
• Experience with content creation and production localization.
• Experience with digital assets and assets management.
• 2+ years in client-facing roles with a pro-client attitude.
• Advanced English (C1) level.
• Pharma/medical industry experience is a plus.
• Independent, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Role Description

• Act as a primary point of contact for dedicated markets and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout projects, nurturing positive relationships with markets and key stakeholders
• Engage with countries and other internal stakeholders as required to communicate updates on scope, execution plan and timelines, actively showcase available services and assist in implementing them effectively,
• Taking care of digital projects assigned
• Coordination and execution
• Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets, files and time management tools
• Overseeing the production process and ensuring the timely delivery of project
• Maintaining the quality and correctness of delivered content
• Delegating tasks effectively to team assistants and freelancers
• Identify task-related issues/challenges and propose solutions for improvement
• Creating a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
• Overseeing project risks and propose preventing actions or solutions
• Constant learning and skills improvement

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of experience in management and execution of projects, excellent organization and coordination skills
• Experience in working with content (creation, production localization)
• Experience with digital assets
• Experience in working with clients for at least 2 years - Pro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills, ability to handle/solve difficult situations
• Advanced level of English - at least C1
• Experience in working for pharma/medical industry will be a big plus
