Role Description

• Day-to-day coordination and execution of assigned projects related to content (production, localization)
• Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets and files
• Filling out time management tools
• Creating and proposing process improvements
• Communication of processes to team members and the client
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintaining professional contact with the client, keeping the client informed about the status of the project, following up when feedback is delayed, supporting the team in client discussions and status reporting
• Identify task-related problems and propose solutions
• Creating collaborative and knowledge sharing environment
• Constant learning and skills improvement

Requirements

• Experience in management and execution of projects, excellent organization and coordination skills
• Experience in working with content (creation, productionm localization)
• Experience with digital assets
• Experience in working with clients for at least 2 years - Pro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills, ability to handle/solve difficult situations
• Advanced level of English - at least C1
• Experience in working for pharma/medical industry
• Independence and proactive approach
