Job summary

Lam Soon is seeking an IT Project Manager or Assistant Manager to lead ambitious initiatives from spark to finish. You’ll be the architect of project delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline align with business evolution.

You will oversee the entire lifecycle, drive strategic execution, manage risks, and orchestrate multi-vendor teams while influencing senior stakeholders with transparent communication.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of industry experience delivering large, complex projects in supply chain, FMCG or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Studies or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ACP certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closing, on time and under budget.
• Develop robust project plans, roadmaps, and methodologies.
• Lead diverse teams including consultants and vendors in a multi-vendor environment.

The Mission

As our Project Manager, you will be the central nervous system of our projects. You will oversee the entire lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, and closing whilst ensuring that we deliver excellence, on time and under budget, every single time.

Who You Are

You are a "hands-on" leader. You don't just delegate; you dive into the details to resolve complex situations. You possess:

• A Proven Track Record: At least 5–10 years of industry experience with a solid history of delivering large, complex projects (best to specifically in Supply Chain, FMCG or Manufacturing).

• Technical Credibility: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Studies, or a related field.

• Certified Excellence: PMP, PRINCE2, or ACP certifications are highly preferred.

• The Toolkit: Mastery of MS Project and the Office Suite, combined with a deep understanding of modern project methodologies.

• The "X" Factor: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
