Ditrolic Energy Group in Malaysia seeks a senior project manager to lead on-site construction teams for EPCC solar projects in Perak. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and safety compliance on active sites, coordinating resources and reporting on progress.

The role emphasizes contract management, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and meeting project objectives and timelines, with responsibilities from pre-construction through handover.

Formación

• Senior level experience in project management.
• Experience in construction/EPCC or solar projects is required.
• Strong organizational and liaison skills across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage on-site construction works, materials and document management.
• Lead the team in planning, scheduling, conduction and coordinating the works.
• Ensure on-site works comply with local regulations and safety requirements.
• Ensure project requirements are documented and met to achieve objectives.
• Provide resources with proper tools and training for successful delivery.
• Prepare reports and technical documents for solar design/feasibility.
• Evaluate feasibility of solar installations based on plans.
• Attend pre-construction and tender meetings.
• Develop and implement strategies to align with schedule and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
