Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or EPC finance, preferably within renewable energy.
• Strong costing, WIP, cash flow forecasting, and financial modelling skills.
• Experience in treasury operations, working capital, and project-based finance.
• Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track actual costs vs. budget across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Implement cost control measures and variance analysis to ensure financial discipline.
• Support bid pricing and financial inputs for new project tenders.
• Prepare and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts across multiple projects.
• Manage project-level treasury operations, including payments, collections, and fund allocations.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for drawdowns, guarantees, and working capital facilities.
