Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan LHC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Document Control Engineer for the SEPCO3 project team near Kuala Perlis, Perlis. The role requires organizing the full lifecycle of project documents across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, ensuring controlled drawings are distributed and archived in line with stringent standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project document control experience.
• Experience on international EPC projects is preferred.
• Strong English communication; basic Chinese is a plus.
• Experience in gas turbine/combined-cycle power plant projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish, update, and maintain the project document management lifecycle with clear classification and coding rules.
• Archive and control engineering drawings, specifications, correspondence, meeting minutes, and procurement data.
• Manage document circulation, logs, and closeout between Employer, Supervisor, and subcontractors.
• Monitor real-time drawing revisions and ensure only controlled versions are used on-site.
• Assist with evidence document sorting for variations and EOT claims.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and assemble final as-built documentation for handover.
