Job summary

DXC Technology invites applications for a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead a large-scale insurance software transformation program for a global client. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, risks, and change control across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will lead a delivery organization of 150–200 resources, manage senior client stakeholders including CIOs and CXOs, and drive successful, on-time outcomes while building strong governance

Qualifications

Experience leading major technology transformation programs.
Experience managing 150–200 resources and multiple Project Managers.
Multi-country or regional transformation program experience.
Experience with long-running programs spanning multiple years.
Proven executive-level client-facing stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale software implementation and transformation programs across multiple countries.
Own end-to-end program delivery including scope and timelines.
Direct a delivery organization of 150–200 resources and several Project Managers.
Manage senior client stakeholders at CIO/CXO/CEO level.
Establish program governance and executive reporting.
Negotiate scope, priorities, and change control.
Coordinate cross-country delivery and align client expectations with teams.
