Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead a large-scale insurance software transformation for a global client. You will own end-to-end delivery, governance and executive reporting across multiple countries.

The role requires managing a sizeable delivery organization (150–200 resources) and coordinating cross-country workstreams, with regional travel to Southeast Asia as needed. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

• Proven experience leading major technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale programs or workstreams.
• Led large delivery teams (150–200 resources) and several PMs.
• Experience in multi-country/global transformation initiatives.
• Experience with multi-year programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-country software transformation programs.
• Take end-to-end ownership of program delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead a delivery organization of approximately 150-200 resources and multiple Project Managers.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CXOs, CEOs, and executive leadership teams.
• Establish and drive effective program governance and executive-level reporting.
• Lead client discussions on scope, priorities, delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage change requests and lead change control discussions and negotiations.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple countries, teams, and workstreams.
• Ensure strong alignment between client expectations and implementation teams throughout the program lifecycle.
