Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Senior Program Administrator in Prai, Penang to support our manufacturing operations. You will review program proposals, define work plans, allocate resources, and coordinate across Program Management, Operations and other teams to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.

Your role includes preparing reports and executive presentations, assisting with metric development, and occasional travel to customer locations, while driving continuous improvement impacting project

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or related Industry.
• Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
• Demonstrates advanced skills in functional/technical area.

• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plans and assign duties and scope of authority.
• Drive and coordinate projects with Customer Focus Team to ensure progress on schedule and within budget, facilitating cross‑department communication.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, client or others.
• May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations and drive continuous improvement affecting timelines and costs.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Program Administrator located in Prai, Penang.

What a typical day looks like:

• Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
• Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitation of work/communication across different departments.
• Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
• May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities.
• Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer guarantees without any delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact.
