Job summary

Axiom in Prai, Penang, is seeking a Program Manager / Assistant Manager to guide cross-functional teams in delivering customer-focused products and services. You will oversee project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery and value realization.

Typically requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field and at least 5 years in program administration/management, with strong operations, technical and people skills.

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in program administration/management.
• Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
• Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.

Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager / Assistant Manager located in Prai, Penang. In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in program administration/ management or related area. Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
