Flex Ltd in Prai, Penang is seeking an Employee Services Manager to lead hostel facilities, healthcare services, transportation logistics, and cafeteria operations for a multinational workforce.

You will drive HR strategies to recruit and retain talent, oversee vendor negotiations, and ensure compliance with RBA and ISO standards. A Bachelor’s degree is required with MBA preferred, plus extensive HR administration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus MBA preferred.
• 7 years of progressively advancing administration experience, including at least 5 years in HR administration management.
• Experience working with internal teams, executives and external customers/vendors in a multinational setting.
• Strong knowledge of hostel management, healthcare services, transportation logistics and food service operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of hostel facilities for foreign workers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to RBA and ISO standards across employee service facilities and processes.
• Maintain effective communication with employees, management, regulators and service providers.
• Coordinate transportation services and logistics for employees and shuttle operations.
• Manage in-house medical clinics and promote employee wellness initiatives.
• Supervise cafeteria operations, including menus, quality and hygiene standards.
• Define and implement mid/long-term goals for responsibilities and performance.
• Oversee administrative services and vendor relationships; negotiate contracts with new vendors.
• Drive program improvements and lead special projects; monitor results and adapt.
• Implement HR strategies to recruit and retain a qualified, motivated workforce.

Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Employee Services Manager located in Prai, Penang.

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversee the operation and management of hostel facilities for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Ensure adherence to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and ISO standards across employee service facilities and processes.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders, including employees, management, regulatory bodies, and service providers.
• Oversee the transportation services provided to employees, including shuttle services, commuting arrangements, and transportation logistics.
• Manage in-house medical clinics, ensuring the provision of high-quality healthcare services to employees.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote employee wellness initiatives and provide timely medical assistance.
• Supervise cafeteria operations, including menu planning, food quality, and hygiene standards.
• Define the goals in areas of responsibility for short‑and‑long‑term performance.
• Oversee implementation of goals so that our organization can continue to be best in class.
• Oversee management of administrative services.
• Coordinates with vendors to meet organizational needs.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Responsible for managing negotiations and contractual agreements with new vendors.
• Improves program and service quality by devising new processes/procedures; updating and evaluating results.
• Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring and evaluating results.
• Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA is preferred. Typically requires 7 years of progressively advancing administration experience, including a minimum of 5 years of human resources administration management experience. Ability to work with internal teams and executive management as well as external customers and vendors to maximize mutual benefit. Proven experience in managing employee services or related functions, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong understanding of hostel management, healthcare services, transportation logistics, and food service operations.
