Job summary

• At least 5 years’ relevant industry experience.

• Capable of preparing production reports on capacity, quality issues, and improvements.

Job description

Responsible for resource planning to meet production and shipment target based on plant sales & operations planning

Responsible to lead and develop production team to achieve production target.

Responsible motivate and influence subordinates the importance of teamwork and co-operates well with other department heads.

Responsible for production report preparation on production capacity, quality issues and other recommendations to improve overall performance.

Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in engineering / manufacturing or related field

Experience in industry related and at least 5 years experience.

Must possess a dynamic attitude and willing to work as a team.

Able to work independently
