Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks a Production PM Sr. Manager to lead a high-performing team of Strategic Capacity PMs, driving capacity gap analysis and solution activities for the Performance Computing Power (PCP) Division.

The role requires collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Finance to align capacity plans with portfolio demand, NPI timing, and scale requirements, ensuring predictable capacity at scale and preventing bottlenecks during ramp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain planning, or operations.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and OSAT partners.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills using Excel, VCO, AI optimization, SQL, Python or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Strategic Capacity PMs in developing and maintaining demand & capacity models across product lines and planning horizons.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor capacity availability, constraints, qualification status, bottlenecks, recovery progress, and escalation risk.
• Provide governance and training for the VCO tool and ledger processes to track customer service agreements.
• Build scenario-based models for best-case, worst-case, and market shifts to support executive capacity decisions.
• Translate capacity risks into executive recommendations and escalation paths.
