Job summary

Lumileds International is seeking a Senior Product Engineer in Penang to lead in-house yield and product engineering for the automotive product platform. You will drive yield improvements and address excursion-related issues to meet targets.

Collaborate with process engineering and cross-site teams to analyze performance, publish reports, support process improvements, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans, and ensure timely responses to incidents and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end yield improvement with process eng and cross-site teams.
• 2. Analyze and publish regular reports on product performance and capability; advise marketing, supply chain and manufacturing.
• 3. Support engineering evaluation builds related to process improvement and machine qualification.
• 4. Support customer incidents with data traceability and commonality studies.
• 5. Test LYT lot disposition to protect production and shipments.
• 6. Maintain product documents (BOM, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan).
