Job summary

Lumileds International is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support the manufacturing functional testing process and sustain the test engineering workflow. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze data for improvements, and mentor junior engineers to strengthen testing capabilities.

The role focuses on process capability, yield improvement, and quality control within a fast-paced LED manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• GR&R knowledge is required.
• Ability to lead and coach junior test engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; 5–7 years of experience in testing/manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead key project initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Perform data analysis to derive insights for improvement.
• Support yield, UPH, and efficiency improvements for production.
