Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in product design and development or similar.
• Strong fundamentals in engineering, measurement analysis and statistics.
• Competency in MATLAB, Excel or data processing tools (Minitab).
• Experience with CAD/CAE tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify factors contributing to performance metrics and use modeling tools for optimization or prediction.
• Design tests and test plans to identify and optimize performance while aligning with customer experience.
• Formulate problem statements, highlight risks, and assess requirements affecting performance.
• Collaborate with teams, communicate clearly, and document work for future reference.
• Guide and support junior engineers and influence project decisions.
