Job summary

Mudah.my is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Platform to drive AI-powered internal tools used by sales, customer support, operations and moderation teams. You will define the roadmap, build and scale internal productivity solutions, and measure impact on time saved and cost reductions.

You’ll also own platform-wide integrations with Carousell Group, strengthen checkout and billing for paid products, and collaborate with finance and engineering to ensure reliability and reuse across systems.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience shipping internal tools, platform or productivity products.
• AI-native way of working; use AI to change how work gets done.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML-based products and measuring impact.
• Platform and systems thinking; design for reuse, scale and reliability.
• Ability to work with engineers on APIs, data flows and tradeoffs.
• Proven stakeholder management across business units and regions.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the roadmap for internal tools used by sales, customer support, operations and moderation teams.
• Introduce AI solutions to automate repetitive workflows and improve efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
• Maintain and improve Mudah’s checkout and billing reliability for paid products.
• Drive platform-wide integrations, including with Carousell Group, to reuse capabilities and scale.
