Role Overview

As Senior Product Manager for Platform, your main focus is making Mudah’s teams more productive. You will own the internal tools that sales, customer support, operations and moderation teams use every day, and you will use AI to rethink how that work gets done.

Most of your time (around 70%) will go to internal tools and AI‑based productivity. The rest covers two adjacent areas: keeping Mudah’s payments reliable and trusted, and leading platform‑wide integrations, including with Carousell Group, so we can share capabilities and scale efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Make Teams More Productive: Define and deliver the roadmap for internal tools used by sales, customer support, operations and moderation teams, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and ease of use. Identify high‑effort, repetitive workflows and replace or augment them with AI solutions such as automation, AI agents, copilots and smart assistants, measuring impact in time saved, cost reduced and quality improved.

Strengthen Platform Foundations: Keep Mudah’s checkout and billing for paid products reliable and compliant, working with finance and payment providers on improvements. Drive integrations across Mudah’s systems, third‑party services and Carousell Group, so we reuse shared capabilities instead of building them twice.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5-7 years of product management experience, with a strong track record of shipping internal tools, platform or productivity products.

AI‑Native Way of Working: You use AI tools every day to think, research, prototype and ship, and you see AI as a lever to change how work gets done, not just a feature to add. You can share concrete examples of how AI made you or your team faster and better.

AI Product Experience: Hands‑on experience shipping AI or ML‑based products, such as LLM‑powered tools, workflow automation or AI agents, and measuring their impact.

Platform and Systems Thinking: Comfortable owning horizontal products with many internal stakeholders, and designing for reuse, scale and reliability.

Technical Fluency: Able to work closely with engineers on APIs, integrations, data flows and system tradeoffs.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence without authority across business units, functions and regional or group teams.
