Qualifications

• Experience leading data governance and product strategy in a large enterprise.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Knowledge of data protection, privacy, and interoperability principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group Customer Data & Interoperability product vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Define priorities for customer data, identities, and data quality aligned with DHL objectives.
• Evolve operating model and governance for long-term capability.
• Create alignment with IT Product Management strategy and drive implementation.
• Prioritize data products, manage interfaces and dependencies.
• Extend capability requirements beyond current apps.
• Lead cross-divisional stakeholder engagement for data priorities.
• Facilitate decisions across complex networks and funding.
• Advise senior stakeholders on group customer-data strategy and governance.
• Represent the pillar in governance and strategic planning forums.
• Own backlog prioritization with governance balancing value, UX, quality and security.
• Establish governance interfaces, standards, and documentation.
• Provide end-to-end product leadership to the Customer Data & Interoperability team.
