Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Product Data & Analytics Manager, Group Digital Product to own data across the digital portfolio, setting standards, architecture and forecasting capabilities for product leaders.

You will build dashboards, govern data quality, and collaborate with CRM, eCommerce/B2B and Digital Services teams to drive actionable insights and measurable outcomes. The role requires 7–10 years in data/BI with strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years in data, analytics or BI roles, with product/platform exposure.
• Ability to translate data into operational or cost optimizations.
• Experience with data architecture, pipelines and platform instrumentation.
• Familiarity with forecasting and statistical modelling.

Responsibilities

• Own data governance, standards and quality across the portfolio.
• Develop predictive and forecasting capabilities for product leadership.
• Build and maintain an always-on portfolio dashboard.
• Collaborate with CRM, eCommerce/B2B and Digital Services teams.
• Direct contractors/analysts on technical build work and ensure quality.
