Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Leadership, Digital Commerce, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven track record of defining, launching, scaling, and optimizing digital products or platforms.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and operating model for DKSH's digital product portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, adoption, and value realization.
• Translate business objectives and user needs into scalable product strategies.
• Drive commercial outcomes through digital products, including revenue growth and customer experience.
• Lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
