Job summary

Raffcomm Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Product Manager to lead planning, execution and performance of SSM e-Info and CA products. You will align product direction with business goals, drive roadmap execution, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will supervise Product Executives, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee testing, deployment, and go-live governance to deliver high-quality solutions for government and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in product planning and execution for complex IT services.
• Stakeholder management across IT, QA, Compliance and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for SSM e-Info and CA services.
• Prioritize enhancements and system improvements based on business needs and stakeholder input.
• Ensure alignment between product direction, revenue goals, and regulatory requirements.
• Approve URS, test scope, and product changes prepared by Product Executives.
• Oversee product pricing strategy, packaging, and positioning.
• Supervise Product Executives in executing roadmap and enhancement plans.
• Monitor development progress, risks, and issue resolution.
• Lead go-live planning, deployment strategy, and post-launch monitoring.
• Ensure product documentation standards and service change tracking.
