Job summary

Reap in Malaysia seeks a Senior Product Manager for Embedded Finance to own a core domain of our card programme management platform, shaping strategy and delivering end-to-end solutions for clients.

You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and legal, define success metrics, write precise specs, and push for AI-enabled improvements across the product, with a flexible hybrid/remote setup and opportunities to scale fintech payments globally.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments infrastructure, or B2B SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of the cards and payments stack: issuing, acquiring, networks, controls, disputes, and compliance.
• Strong grasp of regulatory/compliance requirements for card programmes (AML, KYC/KYB, scheme compliance).
• Experience working with APIs end-to-end and ability to read specs and write API-level requirements.
• Active practice using AI tooling to improve work output and decision making.
• Strong written communication; memos, specs, and strategic documents are clear and well-structured.

Responsibilities

• Own a significant domain within Card Program as a Service end-to-end—from problem definition to delivery and iteration.
• Work with engineering, compliance, and legal to drive outcomes across your domain.
• Write precise product specs and define success metrics; evaluate with data.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate outputs and embed AI-native practices across the team.
