Job summary

2C2P in Malaysia is seeking a Product Strategy professional to lead end-to-end product initiatives from ideation to launch within the payments domain. You will partner with senior leaders across business, technology, and other teams to define roadmaps, metrics, and governance while driving programme-led value delivery.

The role requires at least 3 years in product management, strong PM knowledge, and excellent communication to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in product management with leading complex initiatives across teams.
• PM knowledge: articulating impact, setting vision and success metrics, and determining realistic technical requirements.
• Hands-on with end-to-end ownership and ability to break problems into actionable chunks.
• Strong written, slide, or spoken communication with stakeholder influence without direct authority.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; experience in payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end product strategy for key product areas, ensuring alignment with senior leaders across business, technology, and cross-functional teams.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure impact, product effectiveness, operational efficiency, and development velocity.
• Identify problems, constraints, and blockers to product strategy, including problem statements and removing barriers to adoption.
• Manage and evolve product roadmaps, incorporating POC learnings, market feedback, and operational realities.
• Identify priority problem areas and catalyse strategic programmes to address them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on problem statements, north-star metrics, programme direction, and roles & responsibilities.
• Act as Product Lead for selected programmes, defining vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Drive full product lifecycle within programmes from ideation to POV, launch, scaling, and maintenance.
• Ensure strong execution from strategy to implementation and embed product excellence and innovation practices.
• Drive regular product and programme reviews, providing clear recommendations and securing alignment.
• Establish frameworks to measure product success and continuously improve outcomes.
