Job summary

Innity, a leader in digital advertising and marketing technology in Southeast Asia, seeks a Senior Product and Solution Manager to drive strategy and go-to-market enablement across AI-enabled products and customer engagement solutions.

The role partners with sales, engineering, and operations to turn market opportunities into scalable, commercially viable solutions while leveraging AI product management best practices and regional collaboration across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA is an advantage.
• 5–10 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Media, Advertising Technology, Martech, or related roles.
• At least 3 years of experience leading products or cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled products or AI use cases is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Identify market opportunities in digital advertising, martech, and AI capabilities.
• Evaluate industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Drive innovation across advertising, marketing, AI, retail media, and customer engagement solutions.
• Develop sales playbooks and product positioning.
